Eggs laid in Smart Coops
OK let me start off by saying I was prepared to write a bad review. My husband read about this company in fast company and I was certain the quality was going to be crap and not hold up to what he read about. Well I was wrong - we actually LOVE our coop. Pros: Arrived in 3 days (we live in Atlanta area), packaged insanely well. Clearly designed and heavy duty. Not flimsy. We were missing a screw packet which was annoying, but their team overnighted it to me same day. Loved that. We just moved our pullets in (I think thats what teenager chickens are called, first timer here) and it just WORKS!!! And looks so good in our yard!!! Pro/Cons: Like a few have mentioned, this IS a startup and the app is very cool but some days can be very glitchy. Like annoyingly so. But they do fix things basically weekly which is a great sign. And part of our roof panel was slightly warped so we had to jimmy the last roof parts together with force but it turned out ok. They offered to replace that part too but it was fine. Just something to note. All in all DEFINITELY recommend!
We LOVE our coop. My in laws got this for us for christmas and I thought it would stay in the boxes forever. Best best new hobby for our little fam. Their team is also very responsive for any issues or questions. Big fan!
Bought the coop a few months ago for our new chickens. The chickens are doing great, but wow, we feel foolish for spending so much money this product. None of the things that make it unique from a standard plastic coop actually work. We spent weeks messing with the cameras and app, and with significant time investment (and frustrating interactions with AI tech-support) got them to work for one of the two of us less than 50% of the time. The app design feels beta. Recently the door doesn’t open automatically when it’s supposed to (we’ve reset it more than once) so we are monitoring when the chickens are let out anyway. Sometimes it doesn’t even open when we do press the button (more resetting). Don’t buy this. The joy of chickens truly doesn’t require this nonsense and you won’t have to admit to your friends that you paid $2500 for a hunk of plastic.
This has been such a fun spring project!!! The kids love it more than me! Love their merch too
We’ve had ours since August and big fan. I have had some trouble with the app and crashing BUT their team is crazy fast to help.

I've had 3 different coops over the years and this is by far the best quality.

Can be a little buggy. But new fixes and updates come out all the time

Looks way better than those cheap ones you see online. worth the extra money.
Checked the cameras from the airport. Seeing the chickens safe calmed me down instantly.
Live feed of tiny fluffballs. whole family obsessed.
Got this for my parents to keep a few hens. They figured out the app quickly. Obsessed with the live view.
Never thought I’d say this but I check it more than my security cam
It’s like I have a peep into their little lives! I love it
Everyone who sees it wants to know where we got it. It really looks high end.
Downpour last week, bone dry inside. Panels fit tight.
If you're looking for an all-in-one smart solution, this is it.
It actually adds value to the yard. It's the only coop that looks like it belongs with a modern home.
Watching the chickens on my phone while I'm at my desk is weirdly calming. Best purchase this year.
My kids think its better than YouTube. I’ll take that as a WIN this summer
We went all in because it was on sale, didn’t know if we’d use all the add ons. THE LITTER TRAYS ARE INCREDIBLE. Do not skip!
Doesn't look messy like wood coops. Keeps the yard looking professional and tidy.
Fits our suburban yard without taking it over. I just wish the run was a foot taller.
Went in with low expectations. It’s exceeded them all. Solid product.
Getting the solar and the chicks included made the total price feel much more reasonable. A complete solution.
Had a small pairing issue with my mesh wifi. Support was human, fast, and actually knew the tech. You get what you pay for here.

Had a few bugs early on, but the recent updates have made the interface much smoother. The cameras are fantastic.
