OK let me start off by saying I was prepared to write a bad review. My husband read about this company in fast company and I was certain the quality was going to be crap and not hold up to what he read about. Well I was wrong - we actually LOVE our coop. Pros: Arrived in 3 days (we live in Atlanta area), packaged insanely well. Clearly designed and heavy duty. Not flimsy. We were missing a screw packet which was annoying, but their team overnighted it to me same day. Loved that. We just moved our pullets in (I think thats what teenager chickens are called, first timer here) and it just WORKS!!! And looks so good in our yard!!! Pro/Cons: Like a few have mentioned, this IS a startup and the app is very cool but some days can be very glitchy. Like annoyingly so. But they do fix things basically weekly which is a great sign. And part of our roof panel was slightly warped so we had to jimmy the last roof parts together with force but it turned out ok. They offered to replace that part too but it was fine. Just something to note. All in all DEFINITELY recommend!

If you have a busy schedule and want to keep chickens without the constant mess, just buy these. They work exactly as advertised and completely eliminate the need for scrubbing.
